Regulations for the promotional operation
in accordance with Articles 10 and 11 of Presidential Decree no. 430/2001
"TRADE IN YOUR PAST, START AGAIN WITH RENEWED SAFETY"
- Promoter
The promoter is AGV S.p.A., with headquarters in Via dell'Artigianato n. 35 - 36060 - Molvena (VI), VAT No. 01719370064
- Recipients
Final consumers.
- Goods involved in the Promotional Operation
Motorcycle helmets with "AGB®" and "MDS®" brand, with the exclusion indicated in Article 6 hereunder.
- Duration of the Promotion
The promotion will start on 1 May 2010 and end on 30 June 2010.
The aforesaid promotion can be enjoyed at stores listed in Attachment "A" of these regulations, which display the advertising and informative material.
- Subject of the Promotion "TRADE IN YOUR PAST, START AGAIN WITH RENEWED SAFETY"
By handing in a used motorcycle helmet, of any brand, at one of the stores participating in the initiative, the consumer will be entitled to receive a discount of 25% (twenty-five percent) on the recommended list price to the public of a motorcycle helmet with the "AGV®" or "MDS®" brand, of the same type as the one handed in (with the exclusions indicated in article 6 below; by way of example, new motorcycle helmet in exchange for a used motorcycle helmet, etc.).
- Method of participation
- The consumer must visit a store participating in the initiative and hand in a used motorcycle helmet of any brand to the sales personnel;
- The consumer must ask store personnel to indicate the products included in the promotion. Each retailer shall be entitled to exclude some garments from the number of garments included in the promotion, at its unquestionable discretion.
- The consumer will receive a discount of 25% (twenty-five percent) on the recommended list price to the public in the event of simultaneously handing in and purchasing a motorcycle helmet with the "AGV®" or "MDS®" brand of the same type, provided that this helmet is included in the promotion;
- The used helmet handed in and the motorcycle helmet with the "AGV®" or "MDS®" brand purchased must be of the same merchandise type in order to be granted the discount: therefore, by way of example, no discount will be granted if a bicycle helmet is handed in and a motorcycle helmet is purchased;
- The discount of 25% (twenty-five percent) shall be granted on the purchase of the same number of helmets as the number of helmets simultaneously handed in;
- The discount of 25% (twenty-five percent) indicated in this promotion cannot be combined with any other promotions in progress or with preferential purchase conditions offered by AGV S.p.A. or by the parent company Dainese S.p.A. to individuals or associations.
- Area of validity
The promotional operation is valid at the stores participating in the promotion listed in Attachment "A" of these Regulations, with the exclusion of the outlet area of Dainese DGarage stores Vicenza, Rosenheim, Lugano, Paris), owned by the parent company of AGV, Dainese S.p.A.
- Advertising methods
AGV S.p.A. shall publicize the promotional initiative through advertising material (POP, internet, printed media) and the message communicated shall comply with the provisions of these regulations. The complete regulations shall be available on the website www.agv.it and, upon request by the consumer, may be provided in their entirety at all participating stores.
- Storing the Regulations
These regulations, drawn up in accordance with Presidential Decree 430/2001, shall be filed and stored (also for the twelve months following the conclusion of the promotion) at the headquarters of AGV S.p.A., in Via dell'Artigianato, 35 - 36060 - Molvena (VI) and shall be available for any request made by the Authorities concerned and/or by final consumers.
- Guarantee - Absence of Guarantee
This promotion, which is conducted in compliance with the provisions of Presidential Decree 430/2001, is exempt from the obligation to pay a deposit, as the discount is granted at the time of each single purchase.
